Very Happy! – I dropped off my Dell XPS laptop that is over 4 years old. It was starting to overheat and was running slow and just doing weird things. I thought for sure that it was done. One of the techs even told me when I brought it in that it might be beyond repair. Happily, they called the next day and said it just needed to be cleaned (dust and particles were causing the fan not to run correctly). AWFUL SERVICE AND A SCAM – I dropped my computer into them in January I was told my computer was working and that I could pick it up. However the computer would not turn on and was in worse condition then when I dropped it off. They said they did not know what happened and that they would look at it but then they would not return my phone calls and when I finally got a hold of someone they were very rude and said they would get to it when they get to it.
