I received a pedicure 4 days ago…Friday, July 15, 2025. Not very happy…and will not be returning to your spa. My polish usually lasts a month, not 4 days and chipping, not to mention everything else wrong in this photo.
I headed to your spa on July 4th,2025. Upon arrival I was shocked to witness the East Indian ladies at your reception desk entertaining male friends behind the counter. So unprofessional! The ladies just sat on the chair and laughed, as her male friend roamed through things behind the desk and computer, acting like he was an employee. I thought I’d bring this barbaric behaviour from your employees, to your attention! Won’t ever be stopping by here again!

I’ve had good experiences with many workers but the management and owners are the type that will take the hard worked money from their employees and any tips you give will not be going to the workers its going straight into the pockets of the owner. No loyalty to their employees so they do not deserve loyalty from customers. Edit: Wow seeing the type of response from the owner was one thing.
