I just moved in last week and the process was so smooth! Kyla Usher and Samantha were so helpful as I had a couple items arrive early and they made sure they were locked up for me! They also moved some shipments I received into my apartment for me while I was having surgery. Also, Scott in maintenance has been very helpful with a couple of items that needed adjustment and has been very responsive. I am looking forward to living here!!!
I just recently moved into this apartment and my experience has been more than positive so far. First the location: - It is less than 20 minutes to Downtown by bus. Also a number of bus lines are within walking distance from this apartment - 1, 2, 8, 13, 24, 33, D etc. You can use your Orca card, hop on and go to a lot of places. - It is walking distance to the Climate Arena, Seattle Space Needle, Pacific Science center etc. - It is walking distance to some gyms, USPS, Safeway, Starbucks, KFC etc. - The Elliott Bay trail is ... read more

I love living here! I’m coming up on my third lease and my experience has always been absolutely perfect. Great location, I love my apartment, the community is amazing and the staff is incredible. I can walk to so many places including the water front, climate pledge and my fitness studio. I’ve made some of my best friends living here because people are truly friendly and neighborly.
