I had my lights done by them and one of them started flickering. I had talked to them about getting it fixed. They were supposed to check the schedule and get back to me in DECEMBER but didn't. I wasn't worried about it because I was on the slope and didn't need my truck. After I got back at the end of January I called and messaged and i didn't get a response or update about the schedule. Avoid this business and go with perfectionist or any other Lucas dealer in town
I’ve brought all my vehicles over the years to 2nd II None and hands down best to work with in Alaska! Booking is easy, great communication, they’ve personalized many of my vehicles and I’m a proud supporter of this local business! Literally as soon as I pull my car of the lot I call 2nd II None to tint my windows! I highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to tint or customize their vehicles, they take detail to heart and I appreciate the quality each time!
Don't expect them to finished before 6pm when u drop off your car in the morning. Also they're not good at communicate when picking up your car, it went way after hours without anyone calling you, 11 pm I picked up mines. But they got it done thankfully just expect that if have one car.
I absolutely LOVE this shop they tinted my windows, installed my new stereo along with an amp and a box with two 12’s in it. My truck looks and sounds so AMAZING super impressed with the professionalism of everyone in the shop. I will be going back and I tell all my friends about them as well.
