Horrible Horrible company. The Caregivers are really nice. The company itself is Horrible. They send out whoever they want. Not even 6 months and my client has had 24 different care workers. There is such a language barrier that my client can't even interact with the help because she can't understand them. They promised to keep the same Caregivers so my client could get comfortable with them. Never happened. 2nd Family has been most helpful to me in getting care for my mom. They are always available and willing to answer questions and provide support. They have shared information on senior care and support for me as well. The process is simple and they include me in my mom’s care. Highly recommended company and staff.

We used 2nd Family for more than a year for my father. Their at home aides were kind and generous with their time and energy, going above and beyond to help my dad with personal care, minor housekeeping and companionship. Terry, in particular, became almost a member of the family. My father has dementia and everyday would ask if his friend was coming. The providers were kind and consistent. They were always game for the list of activities my husband wanted to do each visit. The flexibility with scheduling and the app were easy to use and met our daily needs without fail. Thank you for a positive and caring experience.
