We have 24/7 coverage there have been no lapses in coverage. 2nd family has been responsive to asks for changes in people . The caregivers are polite, professional, helpful and punctual. They have accompanied us on doctors visits. Highly reccomend
This was a great program for veterans and their families. Due to his many disabilities I have been caring for him alone. With his current health needs he will be having a complete Home services program as well as palliative care. I have been blessed getting to know all the wonderful health workers. I will really miss the one I call my little Dove.
Everyone was polite . I f they needed to find something they would ask me . They cleaned well. They also talk to me and listen to what I had to say even if was boring them. I learned that a few came from long distances from me and were delay by traffic or locating my apartment which is not on the road but between buildings and had to use the sidewalk to find my apartment. Everyone is doing well. The staff did a great job with my father.
2nd Family is the BEST. The Administration is awesome and all the Caregivers are amazing! I would recommend 2nd Family to anyone seeking a top notch caregiver organization for their loved ones!
