Representative was totally non-responsive. We had to hound them for weeks to take next steps. When they sent us the demo invoice it included visits to "monitor the drying equipment" that never happened. When we tried to move things forward with the company, the representative blatantly lied about previous conversations and requested next steps. We are now shifting to have other companies bid on this project, meanwhile our roof is leaking and we have no drywall and insulation in our living room.
