Poor customer service online and over the phone. I filled out a credit app and inquiry about two different F250's, I even came in and was treated poorly. One of the trucks I looked at first had minor damage to front and needed batteries replaced. I was told to call back a few hours later and we'd work a deal on trading my 02 dodge in on the white F20 4 door. Never could get an answer online or over the phone till I seen where it sold.
