Very professional staff from the front end to the physicians.
The doctors are excellent. The receptionist, Dana, --- can I use words like rude, condescending, unprofessional? Refused to answer simple questions she did not address in her email, while repeating she sent the email instead of answering one question that would take one word to answer. Then she hung up. Not a big deal really but I don't think that attitude was necessary.
Most times I am treated with kindness by reception, and my doctor is very diligent and considerate of my concerns. He's helped me when he can. However, a new rule was implemented - "3 no shows, you're dismissed". It is beyond frustrating. I couldn't wait to see my doctor this past Monday because I was suffering some very severe cramping and I have a hernia. Have had nothing but positive interactions at this clinic. Doctors are both personable and professional.
