Well managed.
Chasity is a great addition to the staff at Second Attic. She is always helpful and friendly when you visit. The units are spacious and well taken care of. They also have gated parking if needed. Pricing is affordable.
They are thieves and crooks. I was there for two years always paid on time and before due date. When I moved out, giving two month notice(which they tried to pretend I didnt give, lucky I had the email they responded to as proof) they kept security deposit claiming the unit was dirty. Yet the leasing agent kim inspected the unit the day I returned the keys and say it look great. I would have my refund within 30 days which never came. I can get into my unit 24 hrs any day. Have had no problems with this company.
