Nik, we appreciate you stopping in. And we would invite you to come back. Hopefully you'll notice the only sign in the window asks customers to leave all firearms holstered. Obviously this store is not a, "gun free zone". We simply ask for guns to remain holstered for safety purposes. This is why we have never had a negligent discharge in the store which is far too common of an occurrence in all gun stores. The safety of our customers is our number one priority.
I was looking for a Rugar .40 compact to surprise my fiancé on her birthday. Although they didn't have the exact one I was looking for in stock they were able to order it and had it only a day later. He even threw in an additional magazine! Great customer service, nice shop, will buy from again.
There is no substitute for personal experience and honesty. I've known Phil and Jim for over 8 years and you can expect nothing less than the best from this establishment. I highly recommend them to everyone I know from Phoenix to Louisiana...best in the business
Above and beyond customer service! Phil went way out of his way to get me exactly what I was looking for and at a better price than any other firearms store I've seen. He has always been so helpful and knowledgeable, he is always willing to share knowledge and give advice even if I wasn't looking to buy something right then, not a high-pressure salesman by any means. No customer service for colored ppl was going to buy a rifle for a veteran friend of mine but took my money else where.

Kyle, thank you for sharing your feelings. It is important for us to hear. I am sure you will be pleased to know the owner of the store is in fact Mexican and a veteran himself. So if you had a bad experience we a pleased to hear about it so we can makes strides to correct this in the future. But do not ever accuse any store staff of being racist. All that being said, buying a rifle for someone else is a Straw Purchase and a Federal Offense punishable by jail time and fines. Thank you for you patronage.

The owner is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer your questions and the prices are good. However, he gave out ALL, I mean ALL of my personal info while on the phone for my background at the FRONT COUNTER in front of several people in the store!!! (Where I was born, D.O.B., Social Security #, Full name, etc.) I yelled out "Ugh Uh!
