TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE....it took nearly 2 months to get my percentage owed from the prom dress sold here. I have never experienced this type of run-around before. If you do not continue to be persistent you will get screwed over here. Of course I will never do business here again but if you do make sure you document it all in case you need to take legal action.

Took my daughters 3 prom dresses and 1 homecoming dress for consignment. First I was told that my dresses would be listed for more than what they were posted for- Ex: the Mori Lee would be listed for $300.. but was listed for $188. Then they “took less” for the dresses than posted... even when one sold within days of being posted. No where was there lesser amts listed... you’re just supposed to take their word for it I guess. the ladies here were absolutely amazing. I came in to find a wedding dress I had all ready looked at several other places and had good experiences and bad experiences but from the moment I walk into 2nd 2 None it was nothing easy shopping! BUT before I even got there I had msgs several times asking lots of questions ( I live about an hour away and didnt want to make the drive if I couldn't find out info first) the lady I talked with was awesome with communication. I felt ignored as many others were asked for help as I stood there looking confused. One worker had a conversation with a client about a t-shirt blocking the isle as I stood there awkwardly listening to her conversation.. another measured a mannequin instead of helping me and only offered help as I made my way to the door. Guess I didn't look like their clientele?
Stephanie was fantastic! She was so happy to assist us. She knew the perfect shoes and vail to complement the dress! Highly recommend this store. So much to look and choose from.

oh my goodness haley is the sweetest girl there, she was so helpful and the wedding dresses are to die for especially the bargain prices. I love this place and I don't just love anything. this is a great place to come shopping.
