Worked with Daniel on a pre-owned car. He was great, very laid back. Not pushy at all. Car is in good shape, runs great. Reason for the no 5 star is they made sure I had 2 keys for my trade in, but then only provided me with one and "did me a favor" for covering half the cost of a replacement. Still $250 on my end. And I'm 100% certain keys don't cost $500 to buy and program. Easily something that could have been covered on their end to have a happy customer. The big one though. Service tech could make up a bunch of bs parts and fixes that the car doesn’t need but couldn’t tell me the brakes were low. Nice job. There’s good dealers out there who want to help people, and there’s bad dealers that lie to get as much out of you as possible. Unfortunately, this establishment demonstrates the latter.
