Dave and Kim helped me find and purchase my house in 2019. They helped me again about 5 years later sell that same house. Both processes were very simple thanks to Dave and Kim. I will definitely be using them again!

After 34 years in our home we decided it was time to sell and move closer to family. We knew Kim (and Dave) before she became a realtor so chose them to guide us. We found Kim very knowledgeable in the helping us in all areas of getting our home ready to sell. Dave’s picture skills are amazing in helping to show the personal feeling of our home. Once on the market, Kim did all the work. It all went smoothly from staging, showings, inspections, offers, and closing of our home. We highly recommend 2Marshalls!!
Kim and Dave Marshall are wonderful people. Kim sold my house in 2 days. Dave found me a condo in 3 days. They are very good at what they do. Kim works hard at finding what you want in a house.
