I had a great experience today. I was actually shocked by some of the reviews I saw on here which is why I felt like I needed to leave one. If you notice, the people that leave bad reviews for this place…chronically leave bad reviews for almost every place they go. If you have a bad experience here, it’s your fault. The staff is awesome and helped me pick the right hedge trimmer without overselling me. Highly recommend them.
Ordered rebuild kits for Walbro WGA7 carb, order went thru fine, but email a few days later requesting to pay another $47 to get my product. I ordered carb rebuild kits for $7.91 ea. I kindly emailed back (I used to work in retail sales too) and said that I would honor my previous price, even tho indicating that the price had gone up. A happy customer is a returning customer.
