I walked into 2K last year knowing nothing about boxing… and a lefty (southpaw). Coach Kirk, even though he had a full class, spent personal time with me to make sure I had the basics. Not only is Kirk an excellent boxing professional and coach, but he creates an environment for encouragement, camaraderie, and competitive competition. All are welcome in this gym, from newbies to experienced. Kirk will challenge you to be your best and give your all. Cannot recommend this gym enough and will continue to be a long time member!

I’ve been training at 2K Lab for close to a year now and it’s been an amazing experience. Not only have I been able to learn the fundamentals of boxing, but I’ve met a lot of great people who are supportive and encourage you to train hard. Kirk is a great coach and a great person. If you want to get in shape, build confidence, and have fun, 2K is the right place for you.
