I had an absolutely delightful experience here! These wonderful people were a true breath of fresh air. They were all incredibly kind and welcoming. I absolutely adored my hygienist—such a sweetheart! They expertly resolved some issues that my previous dentist had left unresolved. The receptionist i spoke to is so rude it’s unbelievable. I tried asking if they except my insurance shes like “i don’t know you have to find out if its”hmo or ppo” and said to call back. I have never had to figure that out. Its new to me. And i tried i was sent to voice mail each time. She picked up the phone then immediately hung up on me. I have left 2 voice mails with no returned calls. I have never talked to such a rude receptionist in my life
