Today I purchased a 2 hours couples massage through Groupon as a holiday gift for my spouse. I contacted Dawn to schedule an appointment to redeem my Groupon voucher. She contacted me back with an appointment time of 7pm to 9pm. I asked to reschedule to a different time and she stated "no." That was exactly her response. Dawn is in the wrong line of business. She should not be providing any kind of services to people, never mind the services that involves such an intimate situation as a body massage. She is highly unprofessional and true drama queen. Rather than communicating any possible issue, she becomes an instant drama queen. Then next minute, she is singing??!! I am not recommending this place!
