An absolute fail of petty proportions. 1. Chris was offended that I was seeking other companies estimates and plans. Don’t all people do that? So he pulled out. 2. I asked him to return my house key and he said it was in the mail what he didn’t say, and this is the petty part, was that he sent it without postage and we had to go to the post office to pay the paltry 77 cents to get our key. Completely unprofessional!
