These people are scammers. Be aware. They dont care about their customers only the bottom line. They are unprofessional, rude and unethical. Be aware!!
Business response:
Client intention was not to pay for her service and was threatened/ accused employee in order to not paying for her service, which was unacceptable. We also offered client to come back for a redone since she claimed that she doesnt have time. Client also refused both options in order to to pay for her service. The intention was clear that she simply want free service. We unfortunately cannot allow this to happen at our business, especially when an employee has to spend over 2 hours with her, trying to satisfy her.
