This place is unfortunately lipstick on a pig. Very friendly atmosphere and is very beautifully designed. However, their inability to deliver timely service and communicate effectively is what ultimately made me decide to never go back to even request a refund or pick up the product. If you have all the time in the world, I think this place is ok. Dr. Angela is FANTASTIC and Henry is amazing at making sure you look GREAT in your new glasses! I had my old frames for about 5 years and they got me in a new pair of glasses that are crystal clear and look great on me! THANK YOU 2C!
Although I did not get my eye exam here at 2C, Henry helped me find the exact frames I wanted that I saw at another store. He provided great service throughout and helped me get my glasses and lens done before I had to leave on a trip. Will definitely be coming back for my eyewear needs. Thanks 2C!
Dr Angela was amazing. I have never perfected my contacts to see far and up close and she nailed it this time after years of trying. The office is stunningly beautiful and the service is unmatched, personal and professional. My son also got fitted for a new style and to please a teenager is almost impossible. 2C Facewear and its doctors and staff are very professional, welcoming, competent, knowledgeable, and on time . State of the art equipment is used. The eyesight exam was thorough and I was shown my results on the spot. They took the time to help me select frames that suited my face. I left feeling well cared for confident in their service. Overall it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend this local business!
