Prenatal Yoga with Denise is hands down a MUST for all you pregnant ladies! I gathered so much of what I needed to deliver my son (completely natural in the comfort of my own home) from this class. From deep, controlled breathing, to poses to help during contractions at different stages of labor. AND during pregnancy, it was nice to go somewhere with a bunch of ladies who are in the same state you're in and you all grow together! It was a relaxing class that just made you feel good!
