It’s so disappointing to see the Change happen at 1301 Centerpoint on the Illinois side. My mother has lived there for over 2 years and the staff prior like Kari, Rosemarie, Jillian and Kristy has made it a wonderful place. However the new manager is horrible. I’ve seen her snap at other residents, the office is always closed with a sign that says “due to being short staff”. Currently living at The Willows in Lake St. Louis. This is my 3rd apartment in 5 years and by far the best! The front office is really responsive and the maintenance teams are literally everything you can ask for. I moved in about 2 months ago and since then I’ve had a couple (minor) issues and they were all resolved within 24 hours. I work ALOT and rarely get time to have any face-to-face contact with the staff, but figured I’d leave this review as my way of saying THANK YOU!
Ok soooo. I have done my best to be understanding, since the tornado hit May 2025. Well. It's now September and we are still paying full rent to live in a building (EXPO at Forest Park) where maintenance requests are not addressed or assessed or even acknowledged. I have opened tickets and that doesn't seem to work. I am currently looking for a new place to live, as it is clear residents are NOT valued. New Legacy Enterprise LLC a professional cleaning business was unlawfully terminated by Tara Wagman Vice President of 2B Residential at Piazza on West Pine there do not care about a binding contract agreement. Termination of contract has to be received in writing stating the specific terms that were not done with an effective date. None of that was done. Tara hired a new company and terminated our contract with out cause. According to Missouri law that is breach of contract and illegal.
