Ok soooo. I have done my best to be understanding, since the tornado hit May 2025. Well. It's now September and we are still paying full rent to live in a building (EXPO at Forest Park) where maintenance requests are not addressed or assessed or even acknowledged. I have opened tickets and that doesn't seem to work. I am currently looking for a new place to live, as it is clear residents are NOT valued. New Legacy Enterprise LLC a professional cleaning business was unlawfully terminated by Tara Wagman Vice President of 2B Residential at Piazza on West Pine there do not care about a binding contract agreement. Termination of contract has to be received in writing stating the specific terms that were not done with an effective date. None of that was done. Tara hired a new company and terminated our contract with out cause. According to Missouri law that is breach of contract and illegal.
I live in the Steelcote Lofts. It is nearly impossible to get into contact with anyone in the 2B corporate office. I have found 4 SEPARATE numbers in order to contact the same person, and they all go straight to voicemail. As a resident, it’s deeply concerning that this company will not even take the time to take a call. I have left several voicemails, and even took the initiative to drive over to the office (during their listen business hours) in hopes of sitting down and speaking with someone to voice my concerns.
