I live in the Steelcote Lofts. It is nearly impossible to get into contact with anyone in the 2B corporate office. I have found 4 SEPARATE numbers in order to contact the same person, and they all go straight to voicemail. As a resident, it’s deeply concerning that this company will not even take the time to take a call. I live in Steelcote square. Their window does not close properly, and it has been 2 months since the issue has not been fixed. They close the maintenance ticket and take no action. It is traumatizing to live in these conditions and Im begging for help and they do nothing. Edit - This is not a review about your staff. This is a review about your ability to fix a major problem. You certainly failed at it.
The new manager of expo at forest park is horrible! Since she came, the swimming pool has not been clean and there has been no doorman.. And after the tornado, we had no AC for two months and the garage security system was broken and the garbage room not functioning and the key system was in trouble… And rumors say the manager is a racist. If 2B company can trust such a person to be a manager, I don’t know how can we trust 2B company.
I live at Expo at Forest Park. When I moved in, I reported some discoloration and damage on the walls. The manager told me that this is not a brand-new apartment, so signs of use are to be expected. However, I even found residue from the previous tenant's laundry detergent inside the washing machine—does the manager also consider this kind of leftover dirt as normal wear and tear?
