I’m being charged for hanging a shelf on a wall above the kitchen sink which caused damage to pipes even though the lease states tenants will only be charges for damage due to breaking lease rules, recklessness, improper use, or intentional actions. They do not tell tenants not to hang things above the kitchen sink nor do they let us know to use caution when hanging. Can’t tell you, because I haven’t been able to fully move in due to inability to get deliveries to get furniture delivered to move in. I leased a new construction townhome and literally picked up my keys last week. There is something going on with how the addresses are registered within the USPS and other location systems.. As of now my address doesn’t exist in most of the systems, including Fed-Ex and the ones in which it does, the zip code is incorrect. Hi I recently applied to the Laurel and was told that my roommate and I had to make 3x the monthly rent combined in order to lease an apartment. We submitted most of our income and were told a week after we submitted our application that we qualified but a manger would have to override the qualifications since it was a combined income.
