I previously lived at The Resident at Delmar Divine and moved out on January 15, 2026. The property manager confirmed that my security deposit refund check had been mailed, but as of today, I have never received it. Since there has been a transition in the management company for the building, I have attempted to contact the corporate office multiple times by email (on March 3 and March 5) to resolve the issue. I live in Steelcote square. Their windows have a construction flaw and they haven't fixed it in a year, nor do they ever intend to. They just use marketing tactics instead to skirt around the issue. What a nightmare.
The replies to the BBB saying that they are not a property management company of the property they are responsible for. Please be aware that 2B residential will lie to you in multiple ways and try to avoid answering your questions and charge you attorney fees. You are not obligated to pay for the attorney fees subtracted from the security deposits and they are rated “F” under BBB. Do not live in their apartments!
The worst leading office and management office that you can deal with. They will sue you for small things even you are paying rent on time and charge you for attorney fees even they have not go through any trials or the court did not give them any right to charge us. Their head office phone number is not even working
I have had a lot of noise issues in my building from a neighbor and their dog that barks for hours at a time that has been going on for months. my building management refuses to do anything about it. So i reached out the 2Bs "corporate office" by both phone(which just tells you they are not taking calls and prompts you to leave a voicemail) and email and they have not responded, and the issue still persists. This company has no sense of accountability, and it shows in the on premise property management.
