2B Residential has been a complete mess. The property looks beautiful on the surface. What lurks beneath the floors, walls, and management practices is a different story. I raised serious environmental, health and safety, construction, and accessibility concerns beginning in March. I moved into my unit at the end of July and was placed into an apartment without functioning air conditioning during the peak of summer. Despite numerous maintenance requests and repeated outreach, my concerns were not taken seriously for an extended period. It was not until September 1st after weeks of avoidable discomfort and persistence on my part that I was finally permitted to move into a different unit. I previously lived at The Resident at Delmar Divine and moved out on January 15, 2026. The property manager confirmed that my security deposit refund check had been mailed, but as of today, I have never received it. Since there has been a transition in the management company for the building, I have attempted to contact the corporate office multiple times by email (on March 3 and March 5) to resolve the issue.
