I’ve been going to this salon since 2018. It is such a welcoming environment for clients who are wanting a fresh look! I personally love how the place is styled to give a rustic chic vibe. I see my hairstylist Kory every time for my hair and I love how we spend the first few moments talking about my envision with my hair. She gives her input about what I am discussing to make sure we are on the same page. I will continue to recommend 29ten to my friends/coworkers as it truly has impressed me!
I can’t thank 29ten enough for today’s experience. The customer service was fantastic!! I had booked for a braid service to be done and the result was AMAZING and beautiful!! The time prior wasn’t as great so they provided a gift certificate to use and righted the situation. I’m so glad I came back to the salon—couldn’t love how my hair looks any more! Thank you again for everything!
Katie took awesome care of me last minute when I was having issues with some bad extensions I received somewhere else right before my wedding. Now I have replaced all my extensions with Katie and I’m so excited. I have thick wavy hair and the color and blending she did looks phenomenal! I couldn’t be happier with my experience, And I will continue to come from Chicago just to see her! ❤️
