DO NOT MOVE HERE! my move in experience has been a nightmare from the beginning. I was hoping it would get better. I had to constantly follow up on my application. The day they told me the apt would be ready- it wasn’t. I was told to come back twice on move in day because the cleaning people had not arrived yet. They gave me the keys but I couldn’t still move in til the next day. I asked for the one day to be credited to my account. The leasing agent said no because I accepted the keys. My boyfriend and I moved here last June and the first apartment we moved into was infested with German cockroaches and when we notified management they were obviously aware of the problem and unsympathetic. We requested to break our lease and they advised the best they can do is give us a new unit for an additional $100 a month. We moved into the new unit and the first week there a pipe broke and flooded our apartment and they would not replace the damaged baseboards. Loved this place when I moved in 2021, in 2022 a new management company took over and made it a living hell. They don’t care about their tenants and they care more about making the property seem pleasant than making it pleasant. Cars have driven through breeze ways - an off leash dog attacked a woman and the apartment didn’t say a word, dog was taken by police and then back the next week - management will tell you what you want to hear just to get you out of the office - parcel lockers never work - valet trash shows up when ... read more

One picture is through my window and the other right outside. Love having the water view. You can see the turtles, ducks and sometimes the fish. Been here for almost a year now . Management has been kind and helpful. Especially with my move-in process. They were very patient with me and help me with what I need to get done to get moved in. Maintenance request are always done ASAP. Even called the emergency maintenance line because it was late at night and they called me right back within 5mins and help me with my problem. ... read more

RUN! Unfortunately we moved in yesterday, 1st mistake: they didn’t have our apartment ready, they told us the carpet hadn’t been replaced so they had to move us to a “move in ready” apartment that was the same, .
