One picture is through my window and the other right outside. Love having the water view. You can see the turtles, ducks and sometimes the fish. Been here for almost a year now . Management has been kind and helpful. Especially with my move-in process. They were very patient with me and help me with what I need to get done to get moved in. Maintenance request are always done ASAP. Even called the emergency maintenance line because it was late at night and they called me right back within 5mins and help me with my problem. ... read more
We recently move in to our apartment. The touring experience was great and you feel heard. I’ve had some issues but was able to resolve them in a timely manner. Alyssa was very helpful in getting everything situated. I appreciate her taking the time to listen and assist with my family and I needs. Understand that no place is perfect but I love a community that tries and meet their residents in the middle. Great tour, China showed us multiple units that fit what we were looking for with multiple options. They showed us upgraded models and the hybrid models with mixing of features. Pretty pool and beautiful pond. Great central area for hanging out and cooking.
If I could give zero stars I would. Bug problems, 3 diff property managers in a year, roaches everywhere even found in the carpet. Plumbing horrible, floods consistently in all the units. Thin walls. It took 4 months for our leaky sink to be replaced. Toilet completely flooded after one rainy day. Our neighbor’s AC, water went out without a month of moving in.
