I had an amazing experience at this salon. The staff were incredibly polite and professional, and my appointment started right on time with no delays. It had been a while since my last salon visit, so I opted for a deep wash, silk press, and trim — all of which were much needed! Zoe was my stylist, and she did a fantastic job. Even though my appointment was running a bit over and her next client had arrived, she never rushed or compromised on quality. My silk press by SERINA was done flawlessly and even went the extra mile not only did she handle my hair with care but she was nice kind personable great friendly professional person. Made me feel so welcomed.
