Small shop, do good car work & try save customer money, BUT charged me the extra 3% merchant usually pays in order to use my credit card. That bothered me.☹ And when I asked him to cancel charge, credit me and I offered to pay cash- not paying extra $23, merchant said, "I cannot, I already charged you. Cannot refund it." Ugh! I will not give him any future business.
