We just moved to 295 CPW and the Rudin staff could not have been better. From discussing the apartment and the logistics with Adam and Ardit to the move in with Dana and Blas, the service was amazing. And the doorman Philip has been great as well. A totally positive, pleasurable experience.
Adam from Rudin was awesome. We were lucky to have found a listing for a unit on StreetEasy. The unit wasn’t the perfect fit, but Adam listened to what we were looking for and had plenty of soon-to-be-available inventory to share with us. We were able to see another unit that was even better for us the same day, and we signed our lease by the end of that week! Wow, is the best way to describe how I feel about Rudin Management and 295 CPW. We moved in last week, and could not be happier. From the team who showed us our apartment, to the incredible staff who have help us get settled, the service could not have been better. The building is superbly maintained, and the superintendent and his staff are the nicest and most competent of any I have ever experienced. We look forward to a long stay in this building!
The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive! The building is well kept and clean.
