When we toured this apartment complex in May, the pool was completely empty and appeared to be under renovation. Our leasing agent explained that it was being remodeled and told us it was expected to be completed around June or July. Do not move here if you value your sanity. Ever since being taken over by CAF, this complex has gone downhill rapidly. The Pool - the pool is closed for MONTHS at a time in the middle of summer. I usually never leave reviews but wanted to share my experience at 2929 Wycliff. I’ve lived in this building for a few years and have been through the management changes but nothing felt better than CAF taking over. Property issues have actually been addressed and fixed, not bandaged. Amenities are kept beautifully clean all the time. Maintenance is quick, I see the porter outside daily cleaning up the grounds and the housekeeper constantly upkeeping the building. The office staff has been the best since I’ve been here. You’ll notice this is my first ever review of somewhere, my mom will fault me for just letting things slide, but I think folks should know what they’re getting into here. I’ve lived here the whole time I’ve been in Dallas (2022) and I’ll try to be as fair as possible with the last couple years of declining quickly under CAF mgmt.
