DO NOT LIVE HERE – I have lived in many places in the east lansing area, and many of them were awful but this place takes the cake. When I signed my lease I had forewarned the staff that I was going to have issues making rent on the first of the month and asked if there was a way I could pay them weekly or bi-weekly.
