If this place had “turned things” around, they wouldn’t still be refusing to return deposits, but instead charge made-up fees to perfectly good tenants leaving perfectly clean units. They will literally try to steal from you. Do not rent here, and please take note how many of these positive reviews are insultingly fake. Pathetic.
Under new management and I gotta say they have completely turneded it around I recommend it to anyone and Melissa the property manager probably the best I’ve seen check it out if ya don’t believe me
