This place doesn’t seem clean & the apartment onsite manager doesn’t seem to be hands on - have a friend that lives in the building & I was here for the holiday weekend. 4th floor someone had puked near the elevator & the entrance in the back of building. It is was Monday Christmas Day & the puke was still there.. imagine coming out of your apartment to puke on the floor having to walk past it to get in the elevator & to enter into the building reeking of vomit smell or the handicap can’t get in because their wheelchair will... read more
Have had issues in the past but the new management seems to be working hard and they do come to fix any issues fast
A friend lives in this building. The management is terrible. Snow removal is a nightmare. You get a notice at least once a month for them to come and do something to the apartment. Unclean Tennants. One hallway smells like a rabbit cage that hasn't been clean. Emails/requests take forever to be responded. This is just one building with this company but they definitely do not impress me. I'd stay away from them if possible.
