Unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful. I pay for a friend's unit as they don't accept credit cards online but if it were me I would've moved my stuff months ago. Open sign but locked door. Do not return calls. Rude. Be back sign set but never showed up. Worst storage unit in town.
