I called last minute to get a pedicure and although it was a Saturday my tech was very accommodating even though I could tell she was busy. I am from out of town and wanted to relax and enjoy alone time while getting a little treat….she was so wonderful, engaging and professional. I have my own salon at home but anytime I come to Cleveland I’ll be sure to come here for my fills and pedicures!
I came to say I am not changing my star review as after five years, just checking my contributions on Google since I got a notification somehow, but! anyways! esp since my first time ever going here Lynn racially profiled me, I was waiting for her to do my nails (walk-in, min wait 75 mins) and needed to use the restroom she told me to go to Target. ! I have been going to Lynn since 2002 when she worked it Tower city. I went to her a year ago for gel fill and pedicure. She is very talented as a nail tech 5 stars. However she over booked and is cheap. She gave me a pedicure and used brown paper towels, a brown dead skin grader, no cuticle softner, no foot scurb. When I questioned what was going on she was so mean and nasty to me. In front of other customers. I was never rude to her. I left the shop in silence still tip.
