Very bad policies and over that rude behavior. My payment was on auto charge.They failed to charge due to whatever reason. They levied delay charge. My credit card was normal and active. Their reason if they fail to charge that's customer's problem. They will inform you by normal mail after levying a charge. They do not know how to use email so will not send emails.
