I was positive I had found a trailer I wanted. I called and talked to James before driving over to look at the trailer. Instead of being a hard salesman and trying to wrap me into the trailer, once he figured out what I was going to be doing with it, he stopped me to explain why that trailer was not right for me and what route I should take. Instead of taking my money he helped me. Hard to find honest guys like this!
