I lived at this apartment building for 3 years and it was a great experience. 1. Very walkable - BART, restaurants, grocery stores are all within a short walking distance 2. Recently renovated - most everything is only 3 years old 3. Great neighborhood - Adams Point is located just north of Lake Merritt. Always something to do 4. Apartment I lived in (308) had great views of the lake and tons of natural sunlight. Honestly it was a 5-star experience but I had to deduct one star due to having to live through the renovation.
