The bedroom and bathroom were painted without a drop cloth so there is light grey paint all over the dark floors. I never got a bed frame, which turned out ok as I had an extra one of my own. The maintenance staff were very nice and helpful, most of the office staff were nice as well. We had a mold issue in our room and had it tested and they never really did anything about it and our apartment smelled like mold/mildew all year. Dorm Life without any benefits. Misled us on what apartment style we would get Was allowed to move in only two days before the semester started (was unaware this apartment is classes as "Student Living") so we requested early move in (which would’ve been an extra $200) and was denied because they were inspecting and cleaning They tried to get everyone to move in on the same day which caused unorganized mess and blocked the main path out which caused people to get lost and/or confused The payment system is kind of extremely c... read more
Staff is very polite and loves to get out in the community!
THIS PLACE IS WORSE THAN I CAN CONVEY Infested with roaches everywhere and the management is so ridiculous. Read other reviews if you don't believe, I'm only going to write about the management here. They are genuinely incompetent. If you go to them with an issue or if you have a question or anything that requires any common sense, they can't help you. They say the same thing, "our manager is in a meeting or out of office, I'll let you know". I have gone to make note about insect infestations and they respond with, "there's ... read more
