My experience with 2818 Apartments was disappointing, especially regarding the move-out process. When I moved in, the unit was a little clean and had several items that were already broken or damaged. Management never provided a pre-move-in inspection form or condition report, which would have allowed me to officially document these issues. Dorm Life without any benefits. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews. They had to have bribed whoever wrote those reviews!!! I have had the worst experience living here. From moving in, to moving out, I couldn't catch a break. First, they told me I could move in early for FREE. I should have gotten it in writing because when I emailed them about it near move in, they said they would send me a document to sign with a price tag!! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE CONSIDERING LIVING HERE!!!! Please please please do not live here!!! I had the worst experience I could have imagined. To start, we requested and were approved for early move in and yet they had zero units ready for us to move in to, so we had to wait for days just for an answer. Theyl lie about rewards and prices to get you in the leasing office, tell you something different once youve signed. Maintenance requests no matter their concern theyl ask you to do your self. The property is infested w fleas and tapeworms outside so if you have pets be prepared to spend the money for that bc you won't get rid of them, only do preventive measures at your own dime that will have to be continuous.
