Living at 2818 has been a great experience! My first experience living off campus and it has been very nice to work with their team getting settled into a lovely spot. Their pool is amazing and they have been great about community events.
Tryna get us for every dime, will tow if you park in the staff parking going to your PM class. 2818 does get money from this 👍
Hunter, Property manager, was dishonest from the start. We were promised credits and waived fees that never appeared, despite following the lease and even paying extra. The management is untrustworthy, and the lack of transparency made this a terrible rental experience. We will not be renewing. We trusted their word, only to find out later that they don’t keep it. I’ve had a great experience at 2818 Place! The location is super convenient—close to Texas A&M. The community is vibrant and student-friendly, with plenty of social events and amenities that make it easy to meet people and feel at home. The staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming. From move-in day to everyday questions, they’ve been responsive and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team genuinely seems to care about residents’ comfort.
2818 Apartments move in was breeze, all the office and maintenance staff were on top of everything, very accommodating. Love it here!
