I’ve been staying here since 2023 & when I tell you I have enjoyed my stay. The Leasing agents Mrs. Luann Barron & Rolanda Bush are amazing. They have helped me so much through out the years and any time I need a maintenance request fulfilled Ron Huggins was always there to help and assist me. He was almost like security making sure me and my daughter was safe. Liars how get approve one time next time denied
The air conditioner legit goes out every other week. It’s 82 degrees in here right now and it 90 degrees outside. They don’t call professional people to fix anything, they patch it up. You pay for pest control in your rent but pest control does not come at all, spider webs cover the outside and weird bugs are inside. Heat will make anyone annoyed in this kind of weather.
