I'm a current resident here. I moved in when it was Pointe At Sugarloaf. Management and the property name was changed suddenly with one day notice!! With that came with a rent increase that I wasn't prepared for.... I feel like I was forced to sign a new lease because notices of lease renewals were given three days prior to your lease being up!!
