DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! Yesterday, my car was broken into, and a lot of belongings were stolen. The stairwells are dirty; people use them to urinate. I do not understand how the management of this parkade doesn't take action when many customers complain about their cars being broken into. There are also ZERO CAMERAS, and the security guards are ineffective—they do not patrol often. This is not a safe place for people who park here. $12/day wad a steal for a covered parking downtown Toronto. It wasn't clean (or safe), just cheap but it's really what you pay for. They made painting & cleanaing in Nov 2024. There's now only 12h for $10 & no 24h option. It isn't a great deal anymore, as it used to be.

Do not pay with Credit Card. I pressed the $5 option for 2 hours and the charge on my credit card was $10. Pay with cash if you don’t want to get over charged.

Can't say I had the same experience as the others who parked here, but it certainly felt as though this parking garage was never attended to, and you could probably park for free without anyone ever noticing.
