We lived there for over 2 years. The people in the building are friendly and quiet, but it is very noisy because of the train, cars honking. The previous superintendent Patrick was very helpful. Currently there is someone new who you can't count on at all. He doesn't answer the phone, he doesn't care at all. On the day of moving out we had an appointment for a service lift and no one showed up, there was only voicemail. I contacted emergency, we lost an hour ( we had 2) before someone showed up.
I lived at 28 Helene for nearly four years and really enjoyed my time there! Not only is the location incredibly convenient, but it’s a very clean, well-maintained building. Patrick is a very friendly and attentive building manager. He did a great job fixing any issues that came up in a timely manner, from stopped sinks to electrical issues.
This bullding is amazing and thanks to Patrick how is very kind and very professional and very helpful for all tenents..Also thanks to cleaner Rosana she clean this bullding every day and bullding looks so clean..If I can give 10 stars that will be 10 stars..
