Came in during scheduled walk times and they had me wait till the walkin times were over to tell me we are done for the day so try again tomorrow

Terrible place to have to deal with always claim not to receive DR scripts.
I called the mental health clinic an exact 6 times over an hour. On the 6th call I figured it would be faster to drive exactly 22 minutes from Portales to the med group to cancel an appointment. I left a livid message telling them that I’d be pissed if it was faster for me to drive the 20 minutes and cancel the appointment in person. Sure enough, I got there, and I canceled the appointment.
