Went in to see if they were serving Flu shots and the clerk points down and says to look at the paper he posted. Thats a cool paper, but I asked you. I talk to humans not paper. I asked you a question. Not the craziest negative but the immunization clerks are typically headaches to deal with. Dismissive and careless. Some of the Airmen are nice in the back offices and my provider is a genuinely decent person. Clerks just aren't up to par.
Worst "medical care" I've had my entire life. I can't ever get ahold of anyone, make appointments, or get my medications. Better off just going to urgent care, which NOT how medical care should be.
Came in during scheduled walk times and they had me wait till the walkin times were over to tell me we are done for the day so try again tomorrow
They try their best with what little resources they’re given
Can't get (insert any type of help here) without calling phone numbers that never pick up.
