Terrible place to have to deal with always claim not to receive DR scripts.
I called the mental health clinic an exact 6 times over an hour. On the 6th call I figured it would be faster to drive exactly 22 minutes from Portales to the med group to cancel an appointment. I left a livid message telling them that I’d be pissed if it was faster for me to drive the 20 minutes and cancel the appointment in person. Sure enough, I got there, and I canceled the appointment. The fact that they call themselves special operations is entertaining. Laziest collection of medical providers assembled. They have so many off days or part time days they should be only paid for part time work. Their favorite word is no. I cannot believe I miss being on army bases. They at least work.
