Lovely location and apartment, and great staff who work there too. Many good things to say about it. However 2 things you need to be aware of: 1) Ceiling/floor walls are super thin. I’ve had a nasty nasty noisy upstairs neighbor with no regards for others, and the thin ceilings make this quite unbearable sometimes. I’ve heard way too many noises coming from upstairs that I had no desire to listen to... And then there’s the loud parties they host during middle of the work week that goes on till 3am sometimes, and I get to hea... read more
Just moved in and it’s such a nice and clean complex I have no complaints. Rey was very professional and punctual, providing a seamless service from start to finish even with a very busy schedule with multiple prospects in the lobby. Higher ceilings, with class AA amenities and wraps around parking structure with plenty of space.
