I lived at 9930 Bellamy Hill NW, Edmonton, Alberta for less than a year on a 1-year lease term. I lost my job 2 months after I moved in. I tried as much as I could to find a job , first in Edmonton, so I did not have to break the lease agreement. At the end of August, I received a job offer from a company located in Ontario. Have no idea of why this management company is advertising a bunch of lies! First of all the building is not wheelchair accessible! To actually get to the front door it is accessible for a wheelchair? Apartment building actually is not! Been a tenant here for just under 15y! There is actually no automatic doors for wheelchairs? There is no garbage chute and you have to go way out of the way just to throw it out! I lived @ 3711 Whitelaw Lane Appt 318 for 4.5 Years , The only reason I moved is that My daughter wanted me to move into the Basement Suite for really Cheap , My stay was absolutely wonderful , The manager was Excellent and the Apartment was great , Well designed and very Comfortable , I would recommend anyone who is thinking of moving into these apartments to just do it , You will not Regret it Robert Z
