I have Dr. Sidhu As my doctor and he is amazing quick and efficient, and they always look up your chart before they speak to you, which is awesome. I have nothing but good things to say.

I rarely leave reviews, but I cannot let this pass. The clinic sent my prescription to their in-house pharmacy without my consent. When I requested them to fax it to my preferred pharmacy instead, they agreed, but only sent two out of the three prescribed medications. I called the clinic to resolve the issue, but no one answered. I left two voicemails, yet received no call back. I’m very disappointed with the service at this clinic. The biggest issue is the reception desk—no one answers the phone, even after calling multiple times. It is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to ask a question, or get important information and cannot reach anyone. The reception service needs significant improvement, especially when it comes to answering calls and communicating with patients. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service.
