Great service and very friendly staff and Doctor's.
I am very disappointed with the way my concerns were handled by the front-desk receptionist, Crystal. I was scheduled for a phone appointment with the doctor regarding important medical reports. The doctor called later than the scheduled time, and unfortunately I missed the call. I understand that doctors can run behind; however, when I called the clinic back, I was told that the doctor will call three times and wait. even though I did not receive three calls.
