Fake reviews. Do not rent from these people. This building used to have a bunch of negative reviews and they were all deleted by the management. Sterling Karamar is a slumlord and treats it's renters as garbage. This building is full of cockroaches and the units are insanely overpriced.
Went to visit a friend. It's a nice building, looks clean and welcoming.
