I toured a couple of months ago and I didn't want to write a review because in most cases, it's unfair to the complex if a non-resident reviews but also hides bad resident reviews if non-residents flood with positive tour experiences. I've been feeling weird about the touring experience though and finally decided if I still remember it after a couple of months, it's worth writing a review about it as it's relevant to the treatment of residents if they don't put their best foot forward for even prospective tenants. Going on 7 years here… there’s a reason for that! Tyler, Stesha, Victoria are always available for questions and friendly when I stop by the office to just say hello! Maintenance staff is awesome. Even tonight, Jackson just came by for maintenance at 8:30pm! I’ll be here as long as I’m renting in Nashville!
Have lived here for a couple of years now, and it has been a good experience. It’s conveniently located to get everywhere I need and want to go rather quickly. Management is nice and relatable. Have been fortunate and not had any issues with neighbors. Charlotte Ave is a quite busy street, so it can get a bit loud at times. But overall a great experience so far!
I lived here for 2 years. The leasing office staff (Stesha, Victoria, and Tyler) were amazing. They take the time to know their residents and take care of them. The whole team became like family. While I moved out of state, whenever I come back, I always come to say hi! This team goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and important.
They are the most unprofessional leasing agents I’ve ever encountered! Don’t lease here.
