Writing a review because I wish I would have known the below before moving in: 1) no good "onboarding" checklist. As a resident, you're forced to sign up for 4-5 different platforms for 1) water/gas, 2) energy/electricity, 3) rent payments, 4) their renters insurance portal that you need to load your policy into. But they don't tell you when you're moving in, so you fall into the trap of paying hidden fees for not signing up. (+ 3 other residents I know fell in this trap). Overall, I lived here for 3 years, and my experiences were mostly positive. Pros: Management and Maintenance: Management is very helpful, and the maintenance team is quick and efficient. The package room is exceptionally well-managed, handling deliveries smoothly, including food and groceries. The building has good security, including after-hours security and key fob access almost everywhere. Despite hearing about car break-ins from others, I personally never felt unsafe.
