The apartments are so open and spacious, it feels so much more like a home. We love that they are pet friendly, it really means so much. The staff is always so helpful and kind to us.

This will now be my third year living at floco fusion apartments and there’s a reason why! First of all the service and ownership is phenomenal, instead of a big corporate management it’s a small privately owned group. This makes issues really easy to resolve. Also they do lots of fun bonding events to bring the community together. All of the rooms are really nice for the price, I couldn’t recommend it anymore!

This is the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from, and I cannot recommend strongly enough that prospective tenants stay away. I cannot share every detail publicly because the circumstances concern my privacy and personal safety. However, I was forced to leave my apartment early because I was a victim of domestic violence. I explained the situation to management and asked to terminate my lease without being financially penalized. Writing a review because I wish I would have known the below before moving in: 1) no good "onboarding" checklist. As a resident, you're forced to sign up for 4-5 different platforms for 1) water/gas, 2) energy/electricity, 3) rent payments, 4) their renters insurance portal that you need to load your policy into. But they don't tell you when you're moving in, so you fall into the trap of paying hidden fees for not signing up. (+ 3 other residents I know fell in this trap).
