Had a delivery today Thursday 08/28 with Instacart and the concierge was so rude to me. Very dismissive made fun of me because I had difficulties reading the directions on how the customer wanted his/her Groceries delivered because I’m visually impaired shame on this building and the Person behind the front counter.
Don't know anything about this place
I have been blown away by how fast and responsive BEM is -- it's all the more surprising given my abysmal experiences with other property management companies. They value your time and behave professionally -- other companies should take note. A++
