This is a great building!! Dar is the super and always very attentive with our needs!! Jake and Alberto are incredible at solving all maintenance issues (they literally are magicians!) and Felix and Ed and the doormen bring such positive and happy energy to everyone they interact with! I feel very fortunate to have all of these people helping us and consider them to be friends of our family as well! Thank you!
There are times in life when you feel fortune smiled on you. This is the way we feel about having rented our apartment at this marvelous building. It is not just the Prewar grandeur of the building refreshed by the modern renovations. It is most specially and uniquely all the unbelievable staff! At all levels. Managers, doormen, handymen. Incredibly attentive, responsive. We feel part of a loving family always caring for us.
Great location. Excellent apartments. Friendly staff. Very well maintained. Management is always on top of everything. Highly recommended!
The apartments are large and have amazing floor plans. Very prewar with large formal rooms, beautiful decor, and lovely hardwood floors. The street and neighborhood are amazing as well. The builidng is prewar which means there is construction and constant updates needed. I think the management could do a better job of communicating and updating the apartments. I love our apartment though and just want some updates.
